Structural Features

1. It consists of the power distribution system and the upper and lower parts of the traction frame. The power distribution system is connected by high-voltage power distribution devices, transformers and low-voltage power distribution devices. It is separated into two functional compartments, transformer room and low-voltage room, by steel plates.
2. The upper part of the transformer room is directly connected with the high-voltage side of the transformer by the high-voltage bushing. The transformer can be selected as an oil-immersed transformer or a dry-type transformer. The transformer room is equipped with a lighting system for customer inspection.
3. The low-voltage room can adopt two schemes of panel or cabinet-mounted structure according to user requirements. It has multiple functions such as power distribution, lighting distribution reactive power compensation, and electric energy measurement to meet different requirements. At the same time, in order to facilitate field operations, the transformer room is also equipped with a small sundries room for placing cables, tools, sundries, etc.
4. The transformer room is separated from the outside by a partition, and is equipped with observation holes, ventilation holes, and the lower part is connected to the traction frame through a wire mesh, which is ventilated and dissipated, which is convenient for operation and inspection, and can also prevent foreign objects from entering.
5. The lower part of the traction frame is composed of disc wheels, spring plates, etc., which makes the transportation of the device convenient and flexible.
6. The box body can prevent the entry of rainwater and dirt, and is made of hot-dip color steel plate or rust-proof aluminum alloy plate. After anti-corrosion treatment, it can meet the conditions of long-term outdoor use, ensure anti-corrosion, waterproof and dust-proof performance, and has a long service life.
